Digital Service Delivery Policy

At thomcneill.com, operated by THOMAS MCNEILL LLC, we provide digital video editing and commercial video post-production services.

Our services are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products as part of our standard service orders.

1. Digital Service Delivery

Purchased services may include video editing, commercial video post-production, footage arrangement, editing refinements, and other deliverables specified in the applicable service listing.

Depending on the project, completed files may be delivered through email, a secure file-sharing link, or another mutually agreed electronic method.

2. Project Initiation

After payment is confirmed, we may contact the customer to obtain source footage, creative instructions, reference materials, brand assets, technical specifications, and other information required for the project.

Production begins when the necessary materials and project requirements have been received and reasonably confirmed.

3. Estimated Completion Time

The estimated completion timeframe depends on the service purchased, project complexity, video duration, source-file volume, and the completeness of customer instructions.

Any specific production or completion timeframe displayed on the service listing or expressly agreed upon in writing will apply to the relevant order.

If additional information or materials are required, the completion timeframe may be adjusted accordingly.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays that affect an agreed project deadline.

4. Delivery Method

Completed deliverables will be provided electronically using the delivery method agreed upon for the project.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that they can access the delivery link or download the completed files.

If a delivery link does not work or a file cannot be accessed, customers should contact us for assistance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide the required footage, assets, instructions, and feedback in a timely manner.

Customers should retain backup copies of their original files before submitting them.

Delays caused by missing materials, unclear instructions, late feedback, or inaccessible files may affect the project completion date.

6. File Formats and Deliverables

The expected output format, resolution, aspect ratio, and other technical specifications will be determined by the applicable service listing or written project agreement.

Additional formats, alternative edits, or deliverables not included in the original order may require a separate agreement and additional payment.

7. Delivery Confirmation

A service may be considered delivered when the agreed deliverables have been sent through the agreed electronic delivery method and made reasonably accessible to the customer.

Customers should notify us promptly if they experience a technical issue accessing the delivered files.

8. No Physical Shipping

Our video editing and commercial video post-production services are digital services.

No physical merchandise is shipped, and no physical shipping fee, carrier tracking number, or parcel delivery estimate applies to these orders.
